Adobe audition mastering audio output

Hey there. Just finished recording and editing my audio book. The files need to be provided with the following specs. Any guidance on how to do this? Thanks! - Michael

 

The total RMS of files should read between -25dB and -20dB with peak values not exceeding -1dB. The noise floor of the audio cannot exceed -60dB.

That is similar to the ACX requirements. There's a thread containing the relevant information here. You should be able to adapt the numbers slightly to meet your slightly different spec. without difficulty.
