Audition Not Saving Panning Information when Export to Premier Pro

Question#1: Im  trying to create Adobe 5.1 music files in Audition.  I  created a 5.1 Multitrack and I managed to separate bass from treble into separate tracks.  Then I pan the tracks for effect.  It sounds okay in Audition, but when I export it to Premier Pro the panning is not saved or exported.  So I end up having to repeat the panning in Premier Pro.  

Question #2 :  The original files I am working with are in sterio.  I separate the bass and treble in Audition.  Bass becomes my Left Front and Treble becomes my Right Front.  I put the original sterio file in the Center track. I Repeat Bass and Treble in the surround sound speakers.  How do I get, or what should I put in the LFE speaker track???  Right now it is an empty track.
