How do I record a teams meeting audio on Audition without recording me/my surroundings?

Does anyone know how to record a teams meeting without it picking your outside audio? I am on the phone with them but we are seemingly just going in circles. I will share an update if there is one. I just want it to record the audio from the meeting, not me (I am a producer).

Teems has a rcord funcion built in, so that would be easiest.

Serach for “Start, stop, and find meeting recordings in Microsoft Teams” on the Microsoft site. You can them import the file into Audition.

If you want to record directly to Audition, It’s a bit more involved, and the process ia different for a Mac or a Windows set-up.
