16 Bit Color Display Required for Adobe Bridge?

Hi,

I have a 21.5" Mid 2011 iMac that I want to install Bridge on.  I noticed that in the minimum system requirements, it says "1024x768 display with 16-bit color and 512 MB of VRAM" is required.  I know my GPU has 512 MB of VRAM, but I can't find anything on 16 bit color.  Does my iMac support 16 bit color?  If not, can I still use Adobe Bridge?  Thanks.

Yes. That refers to the Video card and OS capability. You have 32 bit color. Color depth - Wikipedia

Display hardware is a different story but the iMAC has better than 16bit. Either 24 or 18. Still fine for Bridge.
