Has anyone found a solution to the blue thumbnail glitch on Adobe Bridge on macOS? Thumbnails on ProRes HQ footage look normal, but any H265/HEVC footage has a blue tint. I know Windows has a solution by installing HEVC extensions, but I can't find any for macOS. I am on the latest macOS Sequoia and Adobe Bridge versions.

The only option appears to be “browse” to select another program. When I click on a photo, it opens the selected version of Photoshop.

Normally i often choose the photos/images by rating 1*, 2*, or 3* in Adobe Bridge, and then move each group of these rated files to another folder in the same disk. Before I can do this way, but after updating my Bridge to the new version 16.0.8.10. I have no loger can do this. Please help me how to fix this issue.

When Im downloading with the New Image Importer on Bridge Beta 17.0.0 it crashes during the transfer with the following message.Cannot create filesAdobe Bridge could not create one or more files or folders in the destination. A name may be invalid, or you may not have permission to write there. Choose a different folder and try again.Files copied before the error were saved to: \\Work\Work\6001I have the same setting as the old importer and normal Bridge downloads fine.

I've been using Adobe products professionaly for over 20 years.  Please stop making your apps worse by 'making them better'.  The new Bridge Content Tab behaviour is problematic since it doesn't actually load folders as users right-click and choose Browse in Adobe Bridge 2023.  It'll open one but not subsequent folders.  I've uninstalled it (now for the second time since the initial release wouldn't work with Image Processor in Photoshop). Again Adobe - your software is used by professionals who make their living and support their families with it.  Stop using your customers as a trouble-shooting platform to fix issues that should been caught in a beta program. Very frustrating.

Can someone please help me understand why I am getting these diagonal white lines when previewing my PSD file and also in the resulting JPEG export? It is quite annoying and I just can not figure out why. It only shows up on some images, not all, and I can't find a pattern to it. I've attached the PSD too, in case that helps. I am running Adobe Bridge 12.0.0.234

hello. i have 66 psd layered photoshop file. i gonna convert that to jpg with bridge. i do right click on folder it have 66 photo and export custom to jpg with 8 quality. show me error with text : unformatted and can't convert any psd. so i go to in folder, select all 66 psd and export. it can export with successfully but when i review jpg some of them have white line.please see my attachment.

In der Bridge 12 war es möglich im Fenster "Inhalt" Bilder ein einer zweier, dreier, vierer, etc. Reihe anzeigen zu lassen. Durch das Klicken in eine der Randbereiche des Fensters und mit runterziehen der Maus, war es mir möglich beispielsweise jedes dritte, vierte, etc. Bild auszuwählen. Hierbei konnte ich bei der älteren Version von Bridge 12 schnell eine Auwahl von eben jedem z.B. dritten Bild machen. Bei der Version 13 von Bridge klappt das nicht mehr. Hier ziehe ich wie gewohnt mit gedrückter Maustaste meine Auswahl nach unten und bleibt am unteren Rand stehen. Hier werden nur ein paar Bilder ausgewählt und die Bilder lassen sich nicht runterrauschen. Nur durch das Schütteln der Maus wandert meine Auswahl langsam runter. Bei 5000 Bildern am Tag dauert dieser vorgang mehrere Minuten und nicht wie bei Bridge 12 nur ein paar Sekunden. Herzlichst, Marius Theßenvitz

I’ve been comparing the new Bridge 14.0 to 12.0.4 and like version 13, it still isn’t in a usable state for getting work done. •Folder Panel: The new smooth scrolling for the folders panel is awesome, except it’s around twice as slow as the system scrolling speed so it’s time consuming scrolling a lot of folders. •Content Panel: Similar to v12 the archaic stepped scrolling for the content panel is around 2-4x faster than the system speed. •Content Panel: For v14 file names in the content panel now get truncated to the point of uselessness. If the file name doesn’t fit in the tile space then you’re left with only the first character of the name. I have an iMac running Monterey (12.6.8) and when I try to use photo downloader to download images from my CFExpress card I am getting "No Device Found".  It works fine with my XQD card in the same drive (the drive reads both types of cards).  I can browse thru finder and copy the files manually no problem but I would like to have the photo downloader functionality because I use it to convert filenames, types, and add meta information.  And although I've tried to just create presets to do the same function, oddly enough some of the same tasks I can do with photo downloader can't be done with presets. I have also tried with the latest Beta of bridge and receive the same results.

Hi EveryoneI'm experiencing severe issues with Bridge/Get Images from Camera.  This is using an iMax 27' with plenty of processing power/64Gb RAM.Here is what is occurring using Bridge and their “Get Images from camera” app.The Get Images sees the card reader/card but fails to recognise correctly the number of images.  It stops on 3 and waits to confirm copying.  One has to repeatedly force “Refresh” to get the accurate number – I mean 7 or 8 times or more.Once one gets the correct total, copying starts but is way too slow. I left the computer and came back 30 minutes later and it hadn’t finished copying the 2042 images.The whole process stopped and froze at 60% and then eventually returned to Bridge.I've worked through the isssue with Adobe but without any resolution.  Is it a problem related to ProGrade?Brian 

Does anyone know how to get the Photo Downloader to see the Sandisk CFexpress type B card reader with a Sony CFexpress card? Both Adobe Bridge and LR Clasic see the card reader and card, and can access it. iMac 2012 running Catalina 10.15.6 Is this anything that can be fixed on my end? If not, where do I submit a bug report? Thanks.

Using my usual workflow with Bridge Photo Downloader (version 10.0.4.157),  I am unable to download images from a Sandisk 64gb CFExpress card via the card reader to an iMac Pro (mac os Catalina):Adobe Bridge .> File > Get Photos From Camera > No Device Found > Refessh > No Device Found.The CFExpress card reader hardware, with the CFExpress card inserted, is recognised by my computer (Applications >Utilities >System Information > Hardware >USB) as 'Sandisk SDDR-F451'.  The CFExpress card is mounted in the Finder as an exterrnal drive (EOS_Digital).  The images on the card are available (EOS_Digital >DCIM > images.CR3) and may be directly transferred by drag and drop onto the computer desktop or into an appropriate folder. If the camera, containing the Sandisk CFExpress card is attached directly to the computer via a USB3.1 cable,  the images on the card can be transferred using Adobe Bridge Photo Downloader into a selected folder

Since downloading Bridge 2023 update the automatic Photo Downloader has an error message of F:/Application not found.  I have a feeling I did the wrong thing and deleted the previous versions of Bridge before downloading the current version.  I think that Bridge is trying to search for the downloader application from the F: (card reader) drive rather than where Bridge itself is stored i.e. the C: drive.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sorry = photography is my thing and not computers yikes.

Hi,I have the following problem:- the cfexpress card is not recognized as a drive by adobe bridgeI cannot import pictures from the cfxpress card with adobe bridge, the cfxpress card is displayed as a drive in the exploer, the pictures are available.System:- Adobe CC 2021- win 10- Sandsik cfexpress reader- wise 128 GB cfxpress card... the problem is only with cfxpress, all other formats work.

Photodownloader (PD) is acting weird with CFExpress & SD/UHS memory cards from a Prograde PG 5.5 card reader (while other memory cards are working normally).PD is recognizing memory card in reader, opening with previous settings of a download, however you cannot select another location folder to download to ((sub))folders are not shown), nor you can select other options like avanced renaming etc.   If you hit download it does nothing (no download) or it shows error 0x0000005. Very occasionally it does work, but then next reboot it is not anymore. This is not specific to latest version of Bridge; happen with previous (sub) versions as well. Download of mediafiles using Windows 10 explorer instead works fine without any issue. Again, using other hispeed usb memory card readers, also on same USB connection, works fine.  Any help, support or suggestions appreciated.Computer is Windows 10 Pro ASUS Zenith II Extreme Alpha, Prograde connected via USB 3.2 (Gen

Cannot get Photo Downloader to see me CFExpress Card with Bridge 2020, 2021, and 2022.  Adobe has not resolved.  Works fine if loaded through LR.

Just started using camera with CFexpress card, and found I can not download Cfxepress card via Bridge (unlike SD or CF cards). It apears that Adobe bridge does not recognice CFExpress card as a removable card.And aprrently, it is not an unknown issue! Whan is Abobe Bridge planing to resolve this prtoblem? 

I installed Bridge 13 today and now Bridge will not recognize my CF card with Z9 files..  Unistalled 13 and reinstalled 12 and works again.  Anyone else have the same problem?

Does this latest version resolve the Sandisk CFexpress reader problem. I am reluctant to upgrade just in case there is still a problem.  I am currently using 14.0.2.191.

Since April 2021, have not been able to use Photodownloader in Bridge with my new CFExpress card.  It does not detect it.  It does detect and function with SD card from same camera and card reader.  The CFExpress card is on the desk top.  Adobe has not been able to resolve despite numerous calls and attempts.  Anyone else having this isssue.  Using a work around by directly copying from card to file but it does not convert to DNG as I prefer.   

What is preventing Adobe from creating an App that is pretty much exactly Bridge, EXCEPT that it will work with the kind of SMB/Network storage that they must know most professionals use?For YEARS users have leaned on Bridge to browse and manage files that are stored on network shares.
