200% User Interface Scaling is usable

for 3840_X_2160.

I have never seen displays with 7680 pixels. Windows doesn't allow anything above 200% either.

the NVIDIA Control Panel.

I zoom into thumbnails quickly with

Microsoft Magnifier using Ctrl + Alt

and the scroll wheel.
