A script that could bring selected images as linked smart objects to Photoshop?

I had been using  such script  found somewhere in internet  for  a while but lost it  after a ssd crush?     Does anyone have a link?

Or maybe a script that could load select files as linked smart objects and  make a single smart object of them  with layercoms switch ?
