Acrobat DC wird langsamer wenn gleichzeitig Bridge geöffnet ist

Wenn ich Bridge zusammen mit Acrbat Pro DC in der aktuellen Version geöffnet habe wird Acrobat wesentlich langsamer beim Öffnen von PDF-Dateien. Schließe ich Bridge ist die Geschwindigkeit wieder normal. Ich arbeite an einem Windows PC mit Windows 10 als Betriebssystem. Vielen Dank für Hilfe oder eine Erklärung.

We apologize for the issue you are facing while running Bridge and Acrobat Pro DC.

 

Would you mind sharing more information on the issue so that we can try to identify what may be causing the issue?

  • Please go to the Help menu of Bridge > About Bridge and share the version of Bridge you are currently using.
  • When you launch Bridge, do you see any activity at the bottom that may indicate that Bridge is generating previews or performing any task?
  • Do you face any performance issues while only using Bridge?

Hi Nikunj,

danke für die schnelle Rückantwort. Die Versions-Nr. von Brigde ist 9.1.0.338. Es ist aber nicht Bridge das langsamer wird, sondern Acrobat. Gerade das Öffnen von Dateien dauert wesentlich länger. Das Problem habe ich auch schon länger, wende mich aber erst heute an den Chat.
