Add Metadata Template to Video (mp4) in Bridge

Question

I have always inserted my metadata to video projects in Bridge. However, until today I can no longer do this. I cannot type into the metadata field, nor can I apply a metadata template. Any help would be appreciated.

What version of Bridge and what operating system? What kind of video files? Where are they stored?
