Add to favorite is not working in Adobe Bridge 2007

Hi,

I do not know guys you are facing the same problem or not but when ever I 'add to favorite' , it works for few folder only and then suddenly when I exit and open the remaining 'add to favorite' does not appear, I again have to make those folder as 'favorite' but when I exit again, those folder got rid.

I am tired to make PURGE ALL CACHE, etc etc but I did not find any proper answer.

I made 'cache size' in maximum value though but not working.

Please help me.

Hi Qazi,

Could you please try to reset the preferences of Bridge :-

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset

Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

Hi Sahi, first of all thanks a lot for your reply.

I did what you said but though in start all was ok but when the 'add to favorite' items reach like 13 or 14, it behaved some like previous, not saving other folder after exit.

Please help.

I am having the same issue. No matter how many times I've reset preferences, Bridge removes any favorites from the bottom of my list. It only keeps the top 21 after Bridge is restarted. Bridge used to be a major part of my daily workflow until this started happening.
