Adjustment brush - unable to reselect pins

I am a windows 10 user

suddenly I can no longer re-select pins to make amendments to previous adjustments made using the adjustment  brush any ideas?

    Hi Sahil,

    Camera RAW 9.8, launched from either Bridge or Photoshop. After a lot of searching I found a reference to xxx that looked promising I then disabled CPU and the push pins now behave normally.

    I was going to post my solution today but have not done so yet .
