Adobe Bridge 15.0.0.397 Mouse Scroll-Wheel

Since the new version of Bridge v15.x installed on my Windows PC the various panels - Folders . Metadata, Keywords etc. will now only scroll up/down a single row at a time instead of the previous 3+ rows with each click of the mouse wheel. Mouse-wheel scrolling in Bridge v.14.x worked fine, but something has certainly gone wrong in v15.

This is extremely frustrating especially when navigating the folders list or the hierarchical list  of keywords.

Yes, I know that I can grab the slider on the side of each panel and use that instead, but for the last few years this has been shrunk to only about 3mm wide and makes it tricky to grab - hence the reason I use the mouse-wheel to scroll these panels.

The recent updates to Lightroom Classic, now at v 14.0.1, didn't affect the mouse-wheel scrolling to that program, which currently scrolls 9 rows for each click of the mouse-wheel and is consequently very easy to navigate long lists in the side panels.

I've checked through all of the Preferences options to see whether some sort of mouse control had been added to this version but drew a blank. Hopefully the developers will have already been made aware of this problem and wiill fix it with the next update, but I'm not going to hold my breath on this . . .

This issue is reported repeatedly in this forum. Search for "Bridge slow scrolling" for example and you will get many hits. There is no cure but the most recent beta release of Bridge allegedly has addressed this:

Thanks for this but if they've fixed this in the Beta, I'll wait until it's rolled out in the main relaease as I don't want to introduce any other iffy "features" yet.

Looking at the "Bridge slow scrolling" hits, many of these are for people who have had continuous issues scrolling over a number of versions of Bridge, unlike me who only had this since version 15  arrived.  Some of these reports are the same as my issue, but many seem to include issues such as scrolling through images or performing other taks in Bridge which haven't been a problem for me. It seems as though some of these reports include all sorts of problems other than those raised by the original poster.

I'll mark your response as a fix since it covers the specific issue I raised, although I'll be happier now waiting for the fix to appear in the next update.
