Adobe Bridge

Hallo zusammen,

im Zuverlässigkeitsverlauf Windows 10 erhalte ich ständig die Nachricht Adobe Bridge funktioniert nicht mehr, obwohl ich keine Probleme bei Anwendungen in Adobe Bridge feststellen kann, alles läuft reibungslos! Mich macht die Meldung aber nervös und ich wüsste gerne, was die Nachricht zu bedeuten hat.

Ich sende mal ein Screenshot mit.

Über eine Antwort würde ich mich freue

Thanks for your feedback.
Could you share the following details about the issue:

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration
  • What is the frequency on this issue? Is this reproducible on every launch?

Also, Is there any Crash Report dialog?

Can you share the Bridge logs at : 

you can find Bridge log file “BridgeLog.log” at:

  • MAC - ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Bridge Version>
  • WIN - %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\<Bridge Version>

The report indicates that the Bridge app crashes the OS system kernel as it closes.

Its a small issue, but should be addressed.

Check you OS system files

Open a command prompt using gthe command "run as adminstrator"

You should see something like this.

type SFC/ scannow and have the OS check your system files.

If everything is OK you should see something like this.

Thank you for your help. I have scanned the system but unfortunately the error is still there.
