Adobe Bridge

I am having trouble with batch renaming. No matter the amount or size of files when I try to batch rename a selection of files Adobe Bridge freezes up and I have to force quit the application. I have already taken the necessary troubleshooting steps provided by Adobe with no resolution.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
