Suddenly Bridge doesn't show me my tiff's anymore but it shows Jpg

Check your Filter panel, TIFF may be unchecked.

@Stephen Marsh if you look at the image in the original message, you can see that the images are there, but they do not display the content. So, the Filter Panel is not an issue here. Otherwise, at the very beginning of this thread, that's what I thought as well. The issue could have been worded better.

How large are these TIFF files?

Try increasing the "Do Not Process Files Larger Than" value in Bridge Preferences.

The Files are  60 MB and I put the Do Not Process Files Larger Than" value to 3000 MB but  no difference

Can you please try to go to the Tools (menu), -> Cache -> Purge cache for "X" folder?
