Adobe bridge 2019 removed my 1 star ratings on my pictures in my folders.

Example:  I have a folder called Alaska Cruise.  In that folder I have subfolders that were divided by each port of call we visited on the cruise.  I had put a star label by some of the photos in each of the folders that were really important so I could sort and only view those photos.  Today, when I opened the individual folder, I saw the rating disappear and I don't know how to get them back.

    Try purging the cache for the folder in question.

     

    Try resetting Bridge preferences.

    I did purge the cache and I did reset the Bridge preferences.  My stars did not come back.  I had to manually go though all the folders and restar the photos.
