Thanks for your feedback.
Could you share the following details about the issue:

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration
  • Is the issue specific to particular files/formats?

Please share the sample file/files on which you are observing the issue at sharewithbr@adobe.com

Also Please confirm if issue is only reproducible for SD cards or also for files present in local disk.

Need more information:

 

What brand, what model, and what release of that model?

What is your OS (and release)?

Where are the images located?

 

Let's start there.

Hi Siphu,

 

I will not be able to help you much because I'm a Mac user, BUT, I do have one more question: are you working off of the camera card or on an external hard drive (connected via USB).

 

If the former, please try to move the images to your computer's drive or an external drive. It's never wise (and sometimes really bad) to try and deal with images on a camera card.
