Adobe Bridge 2023 - Bridge has encountered a problem and needs to close

When I start Bridge this message appears and the Bridge won't start and it automatically creates crash reports on my desktop. I have uninstalled Bridge and installed it again. The Adobe team tried to solve the problem remotely. They installed all possible drivers. From processors, windows updates, and graphic drivers. In the end, it only works on the administrator account. The error continues to appear when I log in under my standard Windows account. But that didn't solve the problem. I can't use the Administrator account for everyday use. The rest of the Abobe creative cloud apps work perfectly fine.
