Adobe Bridge Cache problem

Hello. Adobe bridge is constantly filling up C disk. I set disk D as Cache location, but disk C still fills up. Can you help me?

Media Cache and Media Cache Files folders (\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common) appear empty.
