Adobe Bridge can not download

I got a new PC and on this I get a fail message when I try to download. Any idea why?

    Somehow it worked today. No clue why. :-)

    I have Bridge on my old PC, and bought a new better pc. I use Bridge together with Photoshop Elements. No problem to download and install elements. 

    When I press download of Bridge on Adobe site, the exe. file download, but when I press on the file there is a failure and no installation. I just get returned automatically to my Creative Cloud Desktop without installation. 

    I have tried download from both the Edge and Chrome browser.
