heißt es dann:

Beim Herunterladen dieses Updates ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Schließen Sie den Vorgang und versuchen Sie es später erneut."

Hello @Michah 

 

If I'm reading the English translation correctly, you are using Adobe CS5? That was released in 2010. Are you still using the same computer and the same OS as you were in 2010? 

 

Sadly, Adobe CS5 has long reached it's end of life. By that, I mean that it is no longer supported by Adobe. 

 

If you are still using Adobe CS5, I'm afraid there's not much you can do. It's not likely to run on any newer computer or system. You may have to update all of your software, and if you haven't already, you'll have to update all of your hardware to run the newer software.

 

I wish I could tell you something more hopeful. If I read the translation wrong, let us know so I can revise what I said as needed.
