Adobe Bridge disk space error when creating PDF

Hello,

I have a question regarding an error that comes up in Bridge for one of our CS6 users. The error occurs whenever they try to create a PDF of images in Bridge. The error simply states "There is insufficient disk space to complete this operation". However, this hard drive has about 500GB of free space currently.

I've been browsing forum threads related to this or similar issues for quite some time now in order to find possible fixes and we've had no luck with them so far. Here's what has been tried so far:

Running all available CS6 updates

Clearing the Bridge cache

Clearing Photoshop cache

Resetting Bridge to factory settings

Uninstall/re-install CS6

Verify/repair disk permissions on the hard drive (several times)

Completely re-imaged the computer and set it up fresh (new user profile etc)

I was wondering if someone might have any suggestions on a different fix to try which has worked for them?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks
