Adobe Bridge file associations with Windows UWP applications

This is more of a feature request than a question about how to, because I'm pretty sure I'm up against a limitation of Adobe Bridge within Windows. But if anyone has a workaround...

At present it seems like it's not possible to set a file association within Bridge to point to a Windows UWP application (eg .mp4 to Windows Films & TV application). There is no way to set the Bridge preference by browsing to find the applications .exe file because the application does not have an .exe file.

This is not the place to suggest options for Bridge, please go to https://adobebridge.uservoice.com and present your idea, why it would help, why the lack of this idea hinders your efficiency, and how it could help many people (at least those with Windows machines ;>)).

Just be aware that there are literally thousands of ideas suggested to all Adobe applictions and which one's they chose to invest time (ergo money) to is up to what they belive will give the most bang to the buck.

Good luck!
