Adobe Bridge Keywords

I currently am using Adobe Bridge 2019. It works fine except it doesn't always show all the thumbnail images in a folder and shows only a generic jpg place holder. I was in the process of switching to Adobe Bridge 2024. Problem: Some of the keywords I added in the 2019 version don't appear in the keyword list in the 2024 version. Surpisingly, these missing keywords do show below the inage in the 2024 version but not in the keyword list. Any help with either of these problems would be appreciated i.e.:

1. How to get all images to appear in the 2019 version and not just the generic placeholder.

2. How to get the 2024 version to recognize new keywords added in the 2019 version and add them to the keyword list.
