Adobe Bridge - No Thumbnails/Preview for 4K h.256 Videos

Hey there,

my Bridge does not generate any thumbnails/preview images for my 4K/h.256/10bit/v-log video files.

I tried increasing the max. amount of mb, clearing cache, etc... it's simply not working.

My 4K videos with 8bit are processed normally. This is pretty annoying in my workflow and makes Bridge absolutely useless to me.

I currently run version 12.0.1.246 and it seems like there is no further update.

I really need a fix for this asap....

I also need a fix to this issue. 10bit videos with no thumbnail/preview is making my workflow extremely more diffulcult.

Legend

A number of newer codecs are simply not supported. You'll want to use a video ingestion tool that can read those clips.
