Adobe Bridge permission problem

Out of the blue, I can no longer delete or move pics in my Picture folder without getting a permission message.  I can do so OK in my Dropbox folder.  If I switch to Finder, I can delete and move pics in both folders.  So the problem is unique to Bridge and the one folder.

I am running OS 10.13.5 and Bridge 5.0.2.4

Appreciate some help.
