Adobe Bridge photo bug ( get photo from camera) doesn't work

I'm really exhusted from this bug, No body from Adobe online Support could resolve the issue.

I formatted my computer, used Adobe cleaner app, reinstall Adobe bridge, reinstalled C++, created several accounts, reinstall differet versions...etc

windows 10

the issue is the "get photo from camera" botton doesn't work,

I found some online advise to copy some files to system32, nothing worked

Hi,

The issue has been fixed in the latest Bridge release 14.0.1, along with a few other critical bug fixes.

Please try the build and confirm if the fix holds up at your end.

We are able to reproduce the issue. We’ve added this to our engineering issue pipeline.

As a workaround, please install latest Visual C++ Runtime.
