adobe bridge probelm

anyone know why i don't see preview and can't use camera raw for editing this happens a few days ago. thanks for help

    The same problem. The support says.
    Uninstall everything reinstall.
    Then I was able to open the file in Bridge it work for one time. The same error again the second time. Even with an older version it also no longer works.

    Same problem with all Raw files (with jpg it works). I think it happened after installing the latest version (13.0.4 and 12.0.4) ... I don't know what to do.
