Adobe Bridge Very High CPU

Why does Adobe Bridge use over 20% CPU continually.

IT kills my laptops performance. I use windows10 on 64 bit laptop with 16GB Ram and i7 quadcore processor. Lightroom CC will also run inexcess of 15% cpu.

 

How can I fix this?

    Probably building previews/cache. Eventually it should settle down.
