ADOBE BRIDGE WONT DELETE FILES

Hello Everyone, 

I have been using Adobe Bridge on Windows 10 to organzie and delete my photos. Ive spent about a week working on deleting duplicates and blurry images. I just noticed yesterday that all of my photos that I deleted, and emptied my recyling are now back as if the days and hours I just spent didn't happen. 

Ive seen that this has also been an issue for Mac users and there have been resolutions, but I haven't found any helpful tips for windows.
