I tried to check the issue as mentioned by you but I was able to get the network drive options under 'move to' and 'copy to' options on my Windows machine.
Here's what we can do: Try to open the contents on the network drive via Bridge. Once done that, check if you're able to get the network drive options under the 'move to'/'copy to' options. Make sure you've read and write permissions on the network drive.
Also, please mention the Bridge version you're using along with the OS version.
