Adobe Photodowloader does not wiork after the latested update

The Adobe Photodownloader no longer works in the latest version of Bridge. The folder of files on the CF Express card is not displayed. I can only download in Windows with Windows Explorer.

Hello,

 

The mentioned issue is fixed in the already released patch 13.0.1.583. Please update and confirm if that resolves the issue for you. Also, it would be helpful if you can share the following details:

1. Type and model of CFExpress card
2. Model of CFExpress card reader

3. Are you trying to access CFExpress card directly through camera or through card reader?

For CFExpress card not coming in the list, we would like to have more information about the setup/hardware you are using

 

1. Type and model of CFExpress card
2. Model of CFExpress card reader

3. Are you trying to access CFExpress card directly through camera or through card reader?

 

It would be really helpful if we can get as many inputs as possible to investigate the issue further.
