Adobe Photoshop Downloader will not open Bridge even though that option is selected

I have the same problem. Option in the downloaded to "Open Bridge" is checked, but Bridge doesn't open. Have tried with different SD cards, makes no difference.

I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean Adobe Photo Downloader?

I'm going to guess that that's what you mean. Going from there, some questions: from where are you downloading images? Card? Camera? Phone?

What kind of files are these? Images? Movies?

What is your Operating System and what release?
