Adone Bridge 2018 - Output Module gone and can't re-install...as before

Hello Adobe,

Bridge 2018 -  Output Module (AOM)

Since I got my latest upgrade to Bridge 2018 I noticed AOM is gone.

That was usually no problem – just replaced the folder and the file again into

it’s place in Progr.Files > Adobe > Bridge Extensions … and all set.

But now nothing happens … ?

Am I missing something here? Was AOM abolished all together?

But that can’t be … at work Bridge 2018 has it…?

Please help – I could not find any help in forums or Google.

Hi Klaus,

We have released a new version of Adobe Bridge (CC 2018) on 18 Oct 2017. The new version build number is 8.0.0.262. This version is available to install via Adobe Creative Cloud application.

This Bridge update contains Native PDF Output in application to generate PDF contact sheets. Please check the Output workspace after installing new version of Bridge CC.

Please refer https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/using/output-module-pdf-contact-sheet.html.

You may need to update the Creative Cloud application and restart your computer to see the updated installer.

Hello everyone,

I found the problem:

As I said I have the newest versuon of Brodge (2018) - that wasn't the problem.

But because of the upgrade my custom made / named Bridge Workplace tab at the top for the Output Module (e.g. KR-Output) is gone, or at least not occupied by the AOM. The update created a new / generic Output tab (Output) at the top and was hidden - so I wasn't aware of it. I expanded the view and there it was - problem solved. Make sure you see all of them or go into View > Workplaces.
