AEM Server URL ?

Hey, 

i installed AEM Tags Config > but I am unable to finde the 

>>>> AEM Server URL <<<<<<

is this a puiblic URL? 

Do I need to install something else? 

I am not getting any results if I search for the topic. 

Would be great if someone could explain to us how this AEM Server URL can be found.
