All omputer files in bridge

Opened up bridge first time, Nothing was done. But everything on my computer including other programs are in bridge. Need to get them out How to do that

Bridge is a file browser - nothing is "in" it. You use is like the Mac Finder or Windows Explorer to browse your hard drive. You are just looking at your stuff. Look at the top - there is a live breadcrumb trail at the top that shows you where you are looking.

Sounds like Bridge is looking at your applications folder try to get it to focus on a folder that has images in it.
