Apple and PC users Br12 v Br 14

It is unclear to me if the constant, 12+ month old conflict between Br 12 and Br 14 users is platform based or not.  It appears that most of the comments about poor Br development since Br 12 have been voiced by Windows users.  Are any contemporary or historical Mac users suffering under the dramatic performance drop-off  between Br 12 and Br 13, and the subsequent version Br 14?

I use both Windows (private) and Mac (work) and they both have the same performance issues.

I watch this space regularly and canot see a conflict between users.

 

Yet I've seen a lot of customers (Win and Mac) complain about Adobe's development strategy for this app.
