Automate Bridge Thumbnail Creation

I'm spending too much time waiting for Bridge to create thumbnails when I open a new folder in Bridge 10.0.1 on a Mac Pro laptop running OS 10.15.3.  Is there a way to have Bridge do  this in the background?

    You can use Tools->Cache-Manage Cache to build and export cache including thumbnails.

    does not seem to matter how long I wait on Adobe Chat help. over an hour now. Nobody home. thus now help on Bridge. Yeah I am a newbie but why offer a falso hope chat.??

    looks like installing will take 66 more minutes?
    so chat not really an option.
    OK let me know just how to cancel my acct.

    guess you may realize me a paying costumer could be somewhat upset about lack of chat help.... sneaking up on an hour wait. Not so Good.
