Batch editing large photo sets by histogram?
I have a large set of photos taken over the course of a day, resulting in variable light conditions over the course of the shoot. When using the copy/paste settings to batch process, I am still left with a "gradient" over the course of the day, requiring me to adjust white balance individually for each to achieve a normalized and regular appearance for the whole set.
Is it possible to batch process photos based on the histogram data rather than the actual slider settings? It seems to me that this would help standardize exposure/white balance/colors better than the sliders which have differeing visual results based on original light conditions, aperture, ISO, etc.
Thanks,
Colin
