Batch file name extention not working

I use to be able to run this action set and save as _RT now when i type it in it changes doc name to NONE and keeps saying to put in a name what am I doing wrong here?  I've tired it on both 2024 and 2022 version. Im lost

    Ahh I figured it out! I was supposed to put doc name on the first line, leave it then on the second additional line click it on none and add the file ext name... duh
