Batch importing metadata into Bridge

Is there a script to batch import IPTC metadata for Headline, Description and Keywords into a set of images in Bridge CS5 ?

I can produce the data as a text file (tab delimited) or an Excel file. In 2012 there was a similar discussion with links to various scripts, but none of these links works (Error 404 - page not found etc.)
