Batch Rename Top of screen is cut off?

I've tried resizing the screen and somehow every time when I try to rename a batch the top gets cut off and I can only see preview and cancel button down.

Tried restarting my computer system and uninstalling and reinstalling the Bridge and still somehow get this same issue. Please Help!
