Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Bridge. Would you mind telling us the version of Bridge you're using?

Please take a look at the following article & try the suggested steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge.html

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

I am using Windows 10, Quad processor i-7

64GB RAM, have been usingf Bridge/photoshop in tandem for years without trouble like this.

It is as if you are trying to force us to use Lightroom to batch process photos by making Bridge so counter-productive!

This forum is calling me a beginner, but I have been using these products for 16 years as a full time professional photographer - not a noob!  I just have not had a problem of this magnitude with Adobe products

That tag is based on the number of post you have made here. nothing more.

Its a little disengenerious to people who come here looking for help.

Unless its listed as a Adobe employee, we are all here to help each other.

People come here if they have issues with Adobe products.

Often its a unique situation that caused by one's hardware configuration,OS version, and product updates, permissions issues, registry corruption.

Trying to find the cause it was it is all about here.

For what it is worth, you may want to do a un-install of both products, a reboot becuase it is windows OS, run a registery cleaner like CCleaner, and a reinstall of latest version of Bridge, and then the latest version of PS.

Good luck we are all counting on you.
