Bridge 11.0.2 will not install

I am trying to install Adobe Bridge Desktop 11.0.2 however when I click install it immediately goes to "retry" and will not download.

Here are my system specs:

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)

Processor: 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9

Memory: 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5300 4 GB

This was resolved by using the Adobe Creative Cloud Uninstaller and "repairing".

I have also tried installing older versions and those will not work as well.
