Bridge 12 and unable to use new mask tools

I can open an image, adjustments work etc ..

If I try to use the new mask tool to select subject or select sky I get the following error :

Unable to load AI selection Model

I deleted and reinstalled bridge and no luck ...

Anyone seeing this and sure would like to resolve .. 🙂

Hi there,

did you also install Photoshop as well?

Bridge, by itself does not install Adobe Camera Raw, that's installed with Photoshop so try again after installing the Latest Photoshop.

hello there .. So I went through a few different tests/tasks to get there and then got on with Adpobe Support..

We were about to call it a bug but here is what we dfid to resolve.

I deleted and reinstalled Bridge...

I deleted and Reinstalled Photoshop...

No luck there ... The brush for the new tool worked but not the auto select of Sky or Subject ....

Downloaded Camera Raw 14 again by itsel and ran the exe file ....

We have success and the Mask tool is working as advertised at the moment ....

I too am not sure why the PS reinstall did not take care of it ...

The new tool is COOL !!!!!
