Bridge 13.0.2 failed to install properly

I run Bridge and Photoshop on a Win 10 system. I tried to use Bridge today and It said I had to update Photoshop - which I did to 24.1.1, and then update Bridge to 13.0.2 - after installation, Photoshop opens ok but Bridge comes to a complete stop with  menus and a blank screen with s small window tited Bridge  and a big X in the middle of a red circle. No error code.
