Bridge 13.0.3.693 window not opening properly

Hi,

When I open Bridge all I see is this...

...once I click the maximise button it opens and operates fine.

I've unintsalled and reinstalled the app, reset all preferences and neither has fixed the problem.

I'm on a Dell XPS17 9700 using Windows Home11.
