Bridge 13.0 Win 11 Can not download from sd card

I use win 11 and Bridge 13.0. when I put sd card in my PC and push download images with bridge, nothing happens, it worked fine in version 12.0, what could be wrong?

Auto-play issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583. Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.
