Bridge 14.0.0.102, disappeared "tools --> photoshop" menu item

As @gary_sc  has suggested, please check if re-install Photoshop resolves this at your end as per the https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/tools-options-missing-for-photoshop.html

We are working with Photoshop to resolve this.

Uninstall Photoshop 2023 (only 2023)

Reinstall Photoshop 2023.
