Question

Bridge 14.0 will not perform Photomerge

Hi,

I have updated PS to 25.0 and Bridge to 14.0 - When I try to initiate Photomerge in Bridge, it tells me to update to the newest version of Photoshop, which I've already done. I also tried reverting backwards to Bridge 13.03 but I get the same.

Photomerge is CRUCIAL to my work as an artist, since I professional scan my artwork and I rely on Photomerge for my larger artworks.

Please remedy this as soon as possible. Thank You.

Hi, @brightbelt, please go into Bridge, open ACR's Preferences, and let us know what version of ACR you are using.

If it is 16, you are on the latest release. But if you are on 16, let's try rebuilding ACR's preferences. To do this, in Bridge, press the Option/Alt key, and while that is pressed, go into the Bridge window and select Adobe Camera Raw Preferences. Once a pop-up window is opened, you can release the Option key. You have two options: Rebuild the Preferences: Yes or No. Click yes. Then close Bridge (and PS if open), then restart Bridge and PS.

Let us know if this works.
